Who can attend?
The event is exclusively for BVRLA leasing brokers, FN50 leasing companies and FP partner dealers only.

- Wednesday 13th May 2026 - 9.00am to 5.00pm (Last entry 2.00pm and last track entry 4.30pm)
- Thursday 14th May 2026 - 9.00am to 4.30pm (Last entry 2.00pm and last track entry 4.00pm)
Can I arrive on the day if I haven’t pre-booked?
On-site registration is available, but we recommend to register online to ensure you wouldn’t be delayed upon arrival.
How old do I need to be to drive?
The standard based on exhibitors’ insurance is that you must be over the age of 25, however there are some who can insure drivers aged 21 and over. We will be able to notify you closer to the event which brands you will be able to drive.
All visitors can be a passenger in a vehicle.
Do you I need to bring my drivers license with me?
Yes, you must bring your original valid photocard full license with you. It cannot be a copy and cannot be a paper version.
Do I have to attend a safety briefing?
Yes, UTAC Millbrook require anyone wishing to drive to attend their on-site safety briefing prior to driving any vehicles on the track
I don’t want to drive, could I still attend?
Yes! You can still come to see all the vehicles and network with all your industry peers.
Will catering be available?
Yes, there will be a food village on-site selling a variety of foods in addition to exhibitors providing free hot and cold drinks.

Do I need my driving licence?
Yes, you will need your driving licence and you need to enter your driving licence number in the registration form
Do I need my National Insurance number?
Yes, you will need to enter your NI number in the registration form
